It was just a decent option for a short break in Santa Clara with value for price. The staff was quick to assist with a reservation issue I had, resolving it in a matter of minutes. Be sure to check if your room has all the required amenities before settling in.

Comfortable and spacious Deluxe King Room.
The bathroom design with a glass door is quite impractical.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially with spacious rooms that really made relaxing easy. The breakfast spread was impressive and included fresh fruit, which is a nice change from the usual pastries. However, the bathroom cleanliness upon my initial check-in was disappointing, with hair left behind. Despite this, overall, the experience was pleasant, and the staff were communicative and accommodating.

comfortable stay but with minor billing issues
The hotel featured a large room that allowed me to work comfortably. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh options, which I appreciated every morning. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room. it made my stay feel special.
However, I found the extra charges for additional guests a bit frustrating.

Delicious breakfast and great hospitality
I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The breakfast was outstanding, with a diverse selection that included eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. One area for improvement would be a more comprehensive Wi-Fi service as it could be a bit spotty at times.

Had a great trip with friends! We made this our base for some hiking and exploring local parks. The rooms were spacious and the morning breakfast was solid – full of options like eggs and bacon. Staff was helpful and made check-in easy. Highly recommend for a fun getaway!
One downside was the front desk's odd rule about guest limits. We had to pay extra for additional guests even though we used the same room. It seemed a bit excessive for what we needed.

The spacious Deluxe King Room offered a comfortable bed and a separate bar area with a microwave, enhancing the convenience of our stay. Breakfast included delicious home-baked bread and a variety of fresh options each morning, keeping our mornings enjoyable. However, the lobby and breakfast area appeared dated, needing a refresh, and the noise from the floor above disrupted our peace at times.

The room was large, clean, and had a great breakfast selection. Parking felt a bit cramped in the garage. Front desk staff were helpful but could engage more with guests. Overall, a solid stay.
